Year 13 student: Reset-buttonIf I have learnt anything over the past term, it is that I cannot sit still. However, what I can now do, is pay attention to my breath and reach a state of quietness in which I am able to self-reflect without judgement and merely notice all the thoughts and feelings clogging up my mind. Mindfulness has helped me to find a reset-button through the breath as well as a lot of food for thought. What if all people were mindful? How different would life be? One thing is for sure, I can most certainly recommend mindfulness to anybody, especially those who are overworked and stressed.
